Wholesale DTF Transfers: What to Look for in a Supplier
If you run a print shop, a screen printing business or an apparel brand, buying wholesale DTF transfers can take a lot of weight off your production schedule. You get ready-to-press transfers without owning, feeding and maintaining a printer. But not every supplier is the same, and the wrong choice shows up fast: late orders, files that need rework, or transfers that do not hold up in the wash. Here is what to look at before you commit.
Turnaround you can plan around
Speed matters most when a customer is waiting on you. Ask exactly when the order cutoff is and what happens to orders placed after it. At All Day DTF, orders placed before 11 AM CST are ready to ship or pick up the same day, and orders placed after that are ready the next business day. A clear rule like that lets you quote your own customers with confidence.
Sheet sizes that match how you work
Wholesale buying usually means gang sheets, where many designs share one sheet. Look for a supplier that offers more than one width and several lengths, so you can match the sheet to the job instead of paying for empty film. We print 22-inch and 46-inch wide sheets in lengths from 20 to 120 inches. If you are not sure which width fits your work, our guide to 22-inch versus 46-inch gang sheets walks through the decision.
An ordering process that does not slow you down
The best supplier is one you can order from at 4 PM on a busy Thursday without a phone call. Check whether you can upload a print-ready file, build a sheet in the browser, or both. On our site you can upload your own gang sheet or use the online gang sheet builder, and you can order a handful of individual designs through Image By Size when a full sheet is more than you need.
Clear file requirements
Most transfer problems begin in the artwork file. A good supplier tells you plainly what they need. Ours are vector files or PNGs at 300+ DPI, embedded files, no mirroring, and transparent backgrounds. If your artwork needs graphic edits, we charge a $10 editing fee per design, so you know the cost before the sheet prints. For a deeper walk-through, read how to prep your artwork for DTF printing.
Film and print quality
Ask what film the supplier prints on and how designs are checked before printing. All of our transfers are printed on hot peel DTF film, and every design is reviewed before it prints. Order a small run first if you are switching suppliers, press it on the garments you use most, and wash it. That test tells you more than any sales page can.
Pricing, bulk orders and payment terms
Look for a supplier that is open about bulk and wholesale pricing and flexible about how you pay. We offer competitive pricing for bulk and wholesale orders, and Net 30 terms are available upon request and approval for business customers. Read more in our post on Net 30 terms for DTF transfer orders, or reach us at 402-405-6090 or sales@alldaydtf.com to talk through your volume.
Pickup and shipping options
Finally, look at how the order reaches you. We ship anywhere in the USA, and if you are near Lincoln, Nebraska you can pick up at 2801 Northwest 48th Street. Having both options means a rush job does not depend on a carrier.
