What is DTF (direct to film) printing?

DTF printing prints your design onto a special film. The film is then heat pressed onto a garment, which produces vibrant, durable prints. It works on a wide range of fabrics and handles everything from intricate graphics to full-color photographs.

How do I order DTF gang sheets?

There are three ways to order on our site. You can upload your own gang sheet if your file is ready, build a gang sheet online in your browser, or use Image By Size when you only need a few individual designs. Choose a sheet size, add it to your cart and check out. If you hit a snag, our team will help get your design ready for printing.

What sizes do your DTF gang sheets come in?

Sheets are 22 inches wide in lengths of 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 inches, and 46 inches wide in lengths of 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 inches. Price scales with sheet length, and you can see the price for each size on the product page.

What are the file and artwork requirements?

Vector files or PNGs at 300+ DPI give the crispest prints. Please embed your files, do not mirror your artwork, and use transparent backgrounds. Sheets or artwork that need graphic edits incur a $10 editing fee per design.

What kind of film do you print on?

All gang sheets and DTF transfers are printed on hot peel DTF film.

What is your turnaround time?

Orders placed before 11 AM CST are ready to ship or pick up the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM CST are ready the following business day.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. You can pick up your order at our Lincoln, Nebraska location, 2801 Northwest 48th Street, Lincoln, NE 68524. Business accounts can choose local pickup at checkout as well.

Where do you ship, and how is shipping calculated?

We ship anywhere in the USA. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale DTF transfers or bulk pricing?

Yes. We offer competitive pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Contact us at sales@alldaydtf.com or 402-405-6090 with your requirements to request a personalized quote.

Is there a minimum order?

We accept orders of all sizes, from a single custom print to a large batch.

Do you offer Net 30 terms for business customers?

Net 30 terms are available upon request and approval for business customers. Contact us to start the approval process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks and online payment systems. Our team will confirm payment details when your order is confirmed.

How do I heat press DTF transfers?

Set your heat press to 290°F (275°F for 100% polyester) with high pressure. Place the transfer design side up on the garment, cover it with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper, and press for 7 to 11 seconds. Peel the film immediately in one quick, smooth motion, then cover the design again and press for 5 seconds to lock it in. Full steps are in our DTF heat press instructions.
