Returns:

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Orders: If we make an error in fulfilling your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly correct the mistake and provide you with the correct items.

Custom or Personalized Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom or personalized DTF prints, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are damaged, defective, or contain errors on our part.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items: If we are unable to replace damaged or defective items, we will issue a full refund for the affected portion of your order.

Refunds for Incorrect Orders: If we cannot correct an error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the affected portion of your order.

Refunds for Canceled Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, our team may have already started production. If you wish to cancel an order within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued.
